At The GoodLuck Lady, we take pride in offering plants that bring positivity and wellness into your life. We strive to ensure every order is handled with care and delivered with love. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed, packed, or shipped.
To cancel, please email us at thegoodlucklady2@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Due to the perishable and live nature of Vastu plants, the following types of orders cannot be cancelled or returned:
Plants damaged due to customer mishandling (e.g. not opening the package promptly)
Orders that are already shipped or delivered
Customized or personalized products
Returns and Replacements
We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
- Wrong Product Delivered
- If the product received is not what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Damaged or Defective Plant on Arrival
- If a plant arrives damaged or dead, send us a photo/video within 6 hours of receiving it.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund/store credit, as applicable.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
We may offer a store credit instead of a refund in certain cases, especially for perishable items.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Please share the following details via email or WhatsApp:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Reason for return/replacement

Return Shipping
In case a physical return is required, the customer is responsible for securely packing and shipping the item back. We will guide you through the process if needed.
Important Notes
Refunds or replacements are subject to verification and approval.
Refunds will not be issued for minor variations in plant color, size, or shape, as each plant is unique.
No refund will be entertained for change of mind after the order is shipped.
